Delivery in Germany is fulfilled by DHL, DPD, Hermes or Deutsche Post.

Our delivery times in Germany:
Standard delivery: 3-7 working days (Mon-Sat)

Our delivery times in the EU:
Standard delivery: 5-14 working days (Mon-Sat)

Our delivery times in the Rest of the World:
Standard delivery: 7 - 45 days (Mon-Sat)

Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier's tracking portal.

Goods undeliverable or returned to sender

Occasionally packages are returned to the sender as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, the customer will be issued a full refund for the item(s), but bears the shipping costs.

Untracked Shipping (No Tracking)
By choosing untracked shipping, you acknowledge that this method has no tracking, no insurance, and no delivery confirmation.
You also agree that you bear the risk of loss or damage once the package is handed over to the carrier.

This follows § 475 Abs. 2 BGB, which allows risk to transfer to the consumer when the consumer specifically chooses a shipping method with reduced service that differs from the seller’s standard tracked option.

If you do not accept this risk, please choose a tracked or insured shipping method instead.
